parkrun

LOAD: 250

15 Mins WU @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

parkrun @ 5km Pace (RPE: 8)

10 Mins CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Running with others can reduce perceived effort so parkrun is a good option as an alternative speed session. 10 mins easy WU & CD please.

Great that you are so close to your PB right now and running at your best. I’ve just had a new chap from Bexhill sign up in his mid 60s and he asked me if his age was a problem, so I told him about you and that inspired him. 🧡

No worries, no track on Monday as it’s bank holiday. Session in the park Tuesday evening if you can make that. Well done on knocking such a big time off your Horsham PB, that’s impressive. Another reminder of how well you are running right now. Enjoy the rest of the weekend. See ya soon.
