2km CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

This would be a few weeks out before your 10k race. Get as close to goal pace as possible.

Looking to hit 10k pace here. Using parkrun would be a good idea. Do 3km before then jump in at the start (hopefully the wait won’t be too long) and then run a solid parkrun at 10k pace or a bit quicker. It will build your speed endurance.
