Loved this today but very tired after yesterday’s session, also its been a hot week which I think is taking its toll. Kept to zone one to reduce impact on my systems.

It has been pretty brutal with the weather. Won’t be many weeks like this again probably for at least another month. Sometimes these easy runs can feel leggy if done the day after a session but nice to bolster the mileage for the week. Well done Steve.
