Gym Workout

Focus on good form. Keep the recoveries to 60 secs and let me know once any exercise feels comfortable.

I’m going to start making some tweaks just for variety and to ensure these sessions are still challenging. If any of my updates cause problems let me know.

I saw a video recently on how good the stair master is for runners. Let me know what setting you have it on and we can use that as a starting point.
