Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

Didn’t have my watch but also was having a mare this week! The heat zaps my energy! Sue Mann think I’m dehydrated so I got my self some electrolytes

Yes good to have some electrolytes too. Setting a timer at your desk is a good idea. I work for 45 mins at a time, then get up and grab another drink. It’s when I don’t use that method I suddenly realise I’ve been working for 2-3 hours and have not drunk anything.
