Running a bit late so wouldn’t make it in time for HR – so ran the seafront from home. Bumped into Allan and then Lindsey’s group. Very nice evening run. Best for several weeks. Muscles a bit stiff but warmed up ok. I’ve ordered some iron tablets! 😀

I still take iron tablets now, and I think they help. Nice that you saw a few groups and really pleased to hear you enjoyed this one. You never know sometimes how a run is going to feel, so it’s lovely when you have a run like this. Great work Philippa.
