60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

It’s all we need this week with the lower training load. Enjoy the lighter weekend in between the two races.

Met Lou M on The Ridge and we ran to Park Run, went over my 60 minutes by 19 minutes sorry! Slow easy run as per plan, although running back in to the wind was tough. Park Run time 30:28 & 1st in age, probably the only one in my age category prepared to brave the weather πŸ˜‚
