Spin Class

LOAD: 150

45 Mins @ Varied Intensity (RPE: 3-9)

Sometimes it can be good to reduce the impact and get the heart rate up with some cross training. Plus spin classes can be great fun.

45 mins is the time I’ve set and we want to work pretty hard to hit that 150 training load. So work up quite a sweat if you can. Get those disco lights turning (do they turn?)

Warmed to this , but wasn’t feeling it to start after rough day. Better for it now though. Phone wasn’t streaming properly, so lots made up! Will be an hr easy cycle Sunday while Jamie runs too.

Perhaps you could even make up your own spin routine if you find the right songs. Those where the beat picks up for spells. I remember doing some speed work to Dizzy Rascal “Hype” and George Ezra “Paradise”. Sometimes the song can make it much more enjoyable. Well done on getting this completed though. Great job Su.
