Easy parkrun

Always nice to be involved in parkrun but some weeks it’s best to run it easy. Try not to get caught up and run too fast.

750 training load target this week so hopefully it feels more manageable.

WU 1:5 miles ( because it does make it easier) faster 1st half with Sue A, but then the wind hit and it’s so much more effort, so I slowed up and took it a lot easier! Short CD

Well done Su. Always happy if you want to do the WU first. I’ll bear that in mind when setting the session for Saturday mornings. The wind was brutal. I was moaning and only had to run 400 metres into it.
