Nice, don’t be a afraid to reign it in a little with slower pace and lower heart rate. The Stablemaster (who I’ve now listened to 6 podcasts already) might suggest this is a bit too quick. I’m still a bit undecided on easy runs, if you enjoyed it and it felt easy, that’s the most important thing for me. Well done Adam.
