Gym Workout

Focus on good form. Keep the recoveries to 60 secs and let me know once any exercise feels comfortable.

Keep doing what you’re doing. And ignore me from time to time 🤦‍♂️

Got this done before seeing the osteopath. Convenient that he is based in the gym as he’ll often come and correct my form. He agreed with me getting and MRI as he’s a bit stumped too that I’m not seeing huge improvement given the amount of work I put in. He said he thinks it’s highly likely I’ve got a bulging disc but that my symptoms aren’t totally typical of that so he’s not convinced that’s what’s really causing issues. Hes asked me to focus on my symmetry over the next few weeks as it looks like the right side is working much harder than the left. He said to do this both with running and swimming

That’s handy he’s gym based. Somethings not right clearly and an MRI is probably the only way to be sure. As someone much weaker on their left side than right I like the idea of symmetry. I guess it’s not that easy to implement though, but good to have that awareness. Well done Alice.
