Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

Hit the park, bossed the hills! My legs were tired but I kept on going! Rounded up to 9k, cos it was only 200 meters and it would be rude not too! I’m slowly starting to see progress-like Kate Bush I kept running up those hills! 🤣 Also HR vests are out of stock in my size 😔 so I’ll grab one when back in stock!

Bossing the hills. Love that. Also loving the Kate Bush reference. I used to round up, now I just make sure I stop my watch to the second based on the session. Great running Kirsty.
