20 x 1 Minute Reps

LOAD: 240

10 Mins WU @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2)

160 Seconds @ <3K Pace (RPE: 9)
60 Seconds Recovery
x 20

10 Mins CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Another very simple session. 60 seconds on, 60 second walk or static recovery. Don’t go off too fast as 20 reps is a lot. You should feel like you’re working at a very high effort level towards the last 15 seconds of each rep. Go get ’em!

Much better than last week right?

Yes much better than last week!! Much prefer the shorter reps. Even though 20 was a struggle today but found a shady quiet drive way to the beach to use which was perfect. Took a little bit extra recovery between reps just cos of the heat. But glad to get it done and little cool down on beach after was perfect

Great work for still getting these done whilst away and smart move to take the extra recovery. Have to agree this weeks session was much better than last, but that’s a reason we do the harder workouts, to appreciate these ones more. Well done Lindsey.
