Decent mixed terrain run, left as early as I could in the crap weather. No issues on the run felt pretty strong throughout. Had a nice bit of elevation with this route and was nice to be able to start from home.

Pretty good distance covered to be fair, almost a half, which makes it a “long run”. Kinda nice to get that mileage in without the long one in the plan Sunday. Glad you enjoyed it and great running Steve. I’m going to need you in that first part of the race Sunday with that headwind.
