Pacing me in the 5 Miler. Hopefully you get some enjoyment from this. It’s a nice way for you to be part of the event but without hating the whole experience. You’ll be cruising but doing me a massive favour, so thank you. 6:30 per mile bags me a new PB. That’s the pace I’m looking for and would love to run consistent splits. Cheers Steve.
