Well windy stats say 12 mph I think more and the gusts even stronger . Ran for 150 minutes , after warming up , pain very minimal in back and top of right leg . Time per k does change ie running into and with the wind , kept on same energy level , pleased with my after my problems ,no after effects this morning so far .
