All good for this one today although it was very hot out there kept it fairly flat after Tuesday. Felt a little sluggish but I did have my heavy shoe’s on which I think are getting a bit tired now.

Post race there will always be that feeling of heavy legs. I like the idea of wearing slow shoes as well, makes us feel fast when we lace up for sessions. Good job Steve.
