Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

This shouldn’t have been hard but it was! The heat felt insufferable and I deliberately left it late to avoid that! Very humid averaged 7:51 for an hour but was a struggle! Was being hit by flys! Just glad I got it done!

Rule of thirds. A 3rd of runs are great. A 3rd ok. A 3rd are shit. Clearly this falls in that last category. Apologies if I’ve mentioned this before but it can help just brush aside a run like this and move on. It won’t be the last. Well done Jack.
