Bit of a killer, but the pain makes me feel like I’m achieving something! Tried to keep the 200m runs under 40 secs, but crept over in some of the last ones.

About 40 secs is right. That’s often my target for these. These are the sessions we need to push ourselves out of comfort zone, if we are going to make those gains across the shorter distances. The idea being when the suffering comes out way in km 3-5 on a 5k we are prepared and can look back at these sessions and push on through. Fantastic work Ben.
