10 Mins CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Another very simple session. 60 seconds on, 60 second walk or static recovery. Don’t go off too fast as 20 reps is a lot. You should feel like you’re working at a very high effort level towards the last 15 seconds of each rep. Go get ’em!

Tuesday evening with the gang? Just trying to get that speed back in the legs again, ideal with lots of parkruns and the handicap 5k coming up.

Done. No problems, I lost count, I think I ended doing 19. 3:30-3:50 pace.

Well done George!! Great session that and a nice pace. Sometimes it can be useful to note your pace so next time you have a crack you can try and beat it. In my most recent 200 metre session I managed to clock a 16:00 5K, so that should give you a rough idea of what you should be aiming for, ideally you’d be quicker than me.
