Actually really enjoyed this run, felt good. Took the group out through combe valley was quite hilly on the way back but my legs felt really fresh. Think it definitely helped cutting sundays run short and missing efforts as felt a big difference. I always think my legs feel fine, maybe slightly tired but normally I just push through but they felt good on this run.

I think that highlights why sometimes it’s good to take a step back and why the recovery weeks work so well. It’s nice to have that feeling of freshness. Really pleased this went well.
