This looks a really good race. The WU & CD are important as they contribute quite a bit to the weekly totals and mean you should be prepared for the race as well as recovering quicker for the next session. With over 100 metres of elevation it’s best not to worry too much about pace but focus on your effort level instead. That should be somewhere around 6-8 depending on the route and stage of the race.
