Phew that was hot. Gentle run, very slow, but lots of hills to start with, legs still tired from Friday. 120 minutes and 10 miles. Lindsey sorted a good route for us.

Yeah I think we squeezed on the training in to a small window this week, and a bit of fatigue was inevitable, but it’s impressive you still have that in the legs. This week should be a bit more evenly spread. Well done Sue.
