Focus mainly on legs & core. 4-5 leg exercises, 3 core and a couple of upper body exercises would make up a well rounded session. Take advantage of the gym equipment if you can.

Adam’s class. He was particularly evil tonight; I think he must have been to the dentist or something 🤣 Squats, sumo squats, press ups, lunges and walk/running with the kettlebells. A few hill sprints in there too. I told Klare and Su that they could replace strides 🙄

I like the idea of checking a PT’s social media feed before a session just to see what sort of mood they are in to prepare yourself for what lies ahead 😂 Sounds pretty brutal but really glad you enjoyed it. Yes hill sprints are a good replacement for strides, so not bad advice in truth and wise not to overdo things. Excellent work Sue.
