Actually enjoyed this. It was hard work, and a proper sweat-fest but the legs weren’t suffering the following day. The structure of the class, song by song, broken into intervals made the time fly by. I think I’d like this as part of the routine for time to time. I think maybe it will help leg turnover? and consequently speed?

I love spin. Where did you go? Was it Bannatynes? I used to love their spin classes, when a good tune comes on, it’s just the best. If you enjoy it, then we should definitely consider including it. Obviously important to find the right balance, but just let me know and we can always sneak it in. Great work Sue.
