The only real mistake you can make here is going too fast. Try and pick a flat route as well. Hills will push that RPE too high.

Pacers day if you wanted to combine this easy run with that, but 22+ would be my recommendation if pacing.

Don’t be afraid to slow these down as well. That’s pretty pacey for an easy run. But if you felt good that’s cool, just be wary to keep that RPE at around the 3 mark, that should be the main focus.
