Woke up at 6 to do 2 hours but that turned out to be the worst of the storm so didn’t fancy going out until it had passed a bit. Then didn’t have time for 2 hours so split it up into a morning and evening session at marathon pace. Felt really good on both and nailed my marathon pace.

Smart little switch up in truth and good to have that understanding to increase the pace to make up for the slightly reduced training effect of splitting the runs in two. Well done Fin. I must admit when I saw it on Strava I started questioning myself and asking “What the hell did I ask Fin to do today?” 😂 Worked out well though.
