60 Min Easy Run

LOAD: 15

60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

Boffed this out from Glyne Gap and back, very flat into the wind on the way out then with the wind behind coming back again. Went down to the beach prom under South Cliff – was amazed I’d never been there before, at least as an adult. Nice quiet stretch close to the sea. No niggles, kept the pace steady. Wasn’t really into it to be honest, didn’t want to run today but got it done.

Nice to run somewhere new (or for a small part anyway). I get it. Sometimes an easy 60 mins, especially solo really leaves me uninspired these days. But important to tick them off. Well done Sam.
