150 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3-5)

All about time on feet. Don’t focus on pace. Instead keep that effort level down and concentrate on good running economy. Fuelling and hydration key too.

Last long run before Bewl. It wouldn’t be a bad idea to do some trails. Perhaps add a bit in around Combe Valley and the old railway line & link road path 🤔

Wet to start with. Windy along the sea front. The cooler morning suited me. Was able to run up Filsham road at s slow steady pace. Disappointed I only ran 11 miles.. disappointed with pace. Sorry didn’t go off riad as I like company when off road due to my dog phobia.

Well done Sue. I think you’ve being harsh on yourself here. These runs are all about getting time on feet. We don’t want to be judging ourselves every run we do, otherwise we end up getting done. The target? 150 mins. You ran 150 mins. Job done. So you should be happy. Some days pace will be much quicker than others, that’s just how it goes.
