LOAD: 15

Focus mainly on legs & core. 4-5 leg exercises, 3 core and a couple of upper body exercises would make up a well rounded session. Take advantage of the gym equipment if you can.

Seated Row 2 x 12 (40)
Shoulder Press 2 x 12 (10)
Hamstring Curls 2 x 10 (20)
Plank 2 x 30s
Leg Press 2 x 12 (80)
Single Leg Deadlift 2 x 10 (2)
Tricep Dips Dumbbells 2 x 10 (5)
Russian Twist 2 x 10 (2)
Dead Hang 90s

Had to.modify a bit to avoid niggle in my left hip from yesterday, but ok by Sunday and so as not to wear myself out before my Sunday run

It’s always really important you listen to your body as anything I set, will assume you’re functioning well. Obviously those with on-going issue I can tweak the plan/session, but when it’s a short term niggle like this it’s a very smart move to make. So well done Jo.
