60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

Important to give the legs a bit of a shake out.

Felt a bit under the weather (mild cold, cough etc.) so wasn’t up for this that much. Took group 2 with Darren and it was a nice route at a fairly easy pace, a few hills thrown in and getting stuck behind some of the slow runners a few times. No niggles, kept the effort fairly low for most of it.
