Felt good to start with. Lacking stamina – I swear itโ€™s the warm weather. I confess that I stopped to watch the seagulls going mental over the fish being swept to shore by the waves.

๐Ÿ˜‚ If you can’t stop to take in things like that then what’s the point in getting out there right? The heat makes a huge difference. The best advice is just slow it down a little. Reduce the pace and distance to get that time in. Well done Philippa.
