60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

As promised I’ve dropped it to 3 runs per week, but if you get them done consistently I still think you will continue to make progress. Keep “showing up”. It’s really that simple.

So I didn’t see this but I done 6k this day. This was the day I was flying home. Enjoyed this run had no issues. The day before I bashed my ribs in the pool. For a laugh I’ll tell you what happened. I decided to be impressive and do dips using side of the pool, in time my Hand slipped. This injury will impact my future runs.
