Gosh that was tough! But a PB! That’s a win! Thank you so much, that was super helpful today!

Thanks for your company Kirsty. I think using the metronome for your solo sessions will really help. I think joining the Tuesday groups soon too will make a massive difference. I also think there’s a level of anxiety there and self doubt that we need to try and overcome. I get the impression and apologies if I am wrong, that sometimes when it gets tough, you doubt yourself and end up stopping or slowing down. If we want to improve, we do need to push ourselves out of comfort zones. At times it’s tough and not very enjoyable. But was is enjoyable is everything that comes with it. The friendships, the feeling of self pride after completing a tough session or race, the feedback on instagram, the buzz we can get for the rest of the day. So in those moments, when it feels really tough, see it as an opportunity. An opportunity to improve your fitness, an opportunity to be proud of yourself, an opportunity for good instagram content. If you can work hard in these key sessions, then the rewards will follow.
