Full Body Gym Workout

LOAD: 15

Focus mainly on legs & core. 4-5 leg exercises, 3 core and a couple of upper body exercises would make up a well rounded session. Take advantage of the gym equipment if you can.

Be careful not to overdo things this early in the plan. Happy if you want my input. Personally I think a solid circuits class would work well.

Been doing 2xGYM sessions weekly just a varied of full body functional exercises – my thinking is little and often and not pushing so hard i get sore!

Yeah that’s cool, just shout if you want any input from me. Those running the best just keep it simple, a nice full body routine, not overdo it and then just rinse and repeat. S&C doesn’t need to be complicated.
