A really good session where you can work on your speed and form. Important that you are going quicker than your current 5k pace to make gains.

The gang will be in the park smashing out these. Should be fun.

Great session. I was tired and didn’t feel like pushing too hard. Fortunately Matt set a very steady pace for the 400s so I settled in with him and Kev Davis. 5’50” miles so respectable. Woke up a bit for the 200s and a them comfortably at 5’14” mile pace, pushing towards my maximum.
