Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

Yup, nice, fretting a bit with achilles but I don’t think Ive ever entered an ultra without fretting about something!! Lovely weather, got a couple of hills in.
