60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

Also happy if you wanted to do Tuesday off road. Important to carb load a bit from Wednesday through Friday if you can. But nothing too obscene.

Last one done! Forgot to start my watch again haha, I really hope I don’t do that Saturday. I need to log every single step. First mile a bit groggy, better as we went along. Let’s get this done! Also just to let you know I’m loving the new feedback format 😀
