Full Body Gym Workout

LOAD: 15

Focus mainly on legs & core. 4-5 leg exercises, 3 core and a couple of upper body exercises would make up a well rounded session. Take advantage of the gym equipment if you can.

You could switch this and efforts and do track if you prefer. Although at 4 x 5 mins it’s a bit of a boring session.

Did usual Arms & Core S&C, this was tough today but I completed all the Cardio, Core and Weights that I normally do. Freshening it up might be worth trying (I noted your comments)
