Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

Wednesday with the gang. We’ll keep it light in the early weeks, doing too much too soon is always the biggest mistake runners make. Helping with the W2R afterwards is fine by the way.

I slowed my pace to what I thought was a steady sustainable pace I managed to run all with the exception of road crossing, a very short toilet stop and a walk up the last hill – I am really pleased with myself because at times I could have stopped but didn’t
