😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

I had enough sense not to get up early on Sunday morning and do a fast run with a lot of hills. Even at 5PM my kidneys were still hurting. I don’t think I was dehydrated but my kidneys were telling me otherwise. Also my thigh muscles were really sore, the quads and the hip flexors. All this from one 5K run. I did a very gentle 2 hours to Bexhill and back, I haven’t checked the pace but this was definitely a recovery run. Lovely evening.
