Sometimes a 30 minute shake out can help recovery or just give you some much needed head space. Keep it easy.

When we do a 1-2-1 I’ll give you a warm up routine you can follow, as that’s something else we can add to these runs to help you make progress.

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

Managed to run for 30 mins without walking. Felt quite tired around 20 minute mark but pushed on until the end! Guess that will make me stronger! Legs a little achey after today’s run. Looking forward to the next run!
