Focus mainly on legs & core. 4-5 leg exercises, 3 core and a couple of upper body exercises would make up a well rounded session. Take advantage of the gym equipment if you can.

Great to be back in the gym after a couple of weeks off or just home strength sessions. Swapped around a couple of exercises and got a couple of rotational core exercises in the to help with stability in my back….pallof cable press. Looks like nothing but really tough to keep the trunk still.
