🙄 Just a fraction slow

Not really much to report for an easy run, except my easy run pace is possibly a little on the slow side still. Felt ok, no niggles or tired legs or anything after Sunday which is good.

Well done Sarah. A question I often ask myself on my easy runs is, can I increase my cadence without working harder? Often the answer is yes, because if we move our feet a little bit quicker it reduces our ground contact and we start to gain some momentum. In fact sometimes, running a fraction quicker can feel easier for that very reason. So it’s a good question to ask sometimes, often the answer is no though.
