30 Mins & Strides

LOAD: 13

30 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

Sometimes a 30 minute shake out can help recovery or just give you some much needed head space. Keep it easy. Strides are crucial here.

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

🙄 Just a fraction slow

PACE

Sluggish as normal really for that time of day but apart from that was all good wore the new vapourflys so there good to go for Sunday session. I have found that my calf is a nerve impingement which is what it was last time I thought I had tight calfs as the pain/feeling has moved after this morning, it will sort itself out in time like last time. I will probably only do my bike ride Monday and skip s&c just to be safe going into Tuesday.

Well done Steve. I think that’s smart on Monday to sit out the S&C. Otherwise it’s 3 big days in a row, and 2 big sessions. Some times the extra recovery is more important than the actual training. Hopefully that calf pain sorts itself out soon.
