150 Mins

LOAD: 45

150 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

All about time on feet. Don’t focus on pace. Instead keep that effort level down and concentrate on good running economy. Fuelling and hydration key too.

Slow it down if need be. Hit the trails. But a good opportunity to practice fuelling. Get the pace right and it should feel pretty easy, for the most part.

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

🤬 Way off pace today

PACE

Got lost and had loads of stops so probably not the best run for training. However, I thoroughly enjoyed it and smiled the whole way even when 8ft deep on bramble’s. Well over time but I wasn’t going to walk home

To be honest these runs are more about time on feet and an opportunity to do something like this. The key sessions are the marathon ones, so the pace here and time on feet isn’t going to make much difference. We need to take these opportunities to enjoy our running and pleased you got a lot of joy out of it. Well done Paul.
