1 Mile @ Half Marathon Pace
(RPE: 5-8)
1 Mile @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)
x 6

A good chance to get some miles in at goal pace. Adds some variety to your long run as well.

Time to start practicing half marathon pace! Good luck. You got this.

👊 Nailed my target

PACE

I ran from home to meet the Sunday run group which was 2 miles from home then after the run I ran the 2 miles back home making it 14 miles in total. It was a bit tricky pacing the 6 x east and 6 x half pace due to making sure to loop back from people and the hills on the way back as it was all flat and down for the first half and and out and back again to 3 oaks. The hills back up done me good and it was a great run over all for the mileage. Lovely group and an enjoyably Sunday run 😊

Yeah when it’s that hilly it can be tricky with a session like that. But as you said, 14 miles banked, with that elevation, with a great group, so many positives, and no doubt another boost to the fitness. Excellent work Michelle.
