Easy parkrun

LOAD: 9

parkrun @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Always nice to be involved in parkrun but some weeks it’s best to run it easy. Try not to get caught up and run too fast.

Easy = 30 mins+. See it as a challenge to whether you can pace it right. Save the legs for tomorrows session.

😬 Too fast

PACE

As mentioned I know I paced this all wrong πŸ˜‘ to fast but a lovely park run never the less 😊 Felt good although it was very warm. Really pleased I made time to warm up first and I got my strides in with Lou 😊 x 8

That’s ok. As mentioned see how tomorrow goes, if you start to feel tired after 4 quicker miles, then ditching the last one would be ok, simply because you’ve done more than was on the plan today. If you can, do all 5, but just have that awareness of not overdoing things. But yes, going forward, an easy parkrun should be around the 30+ min mark. Nice to see you Michelle and good luck with the run tomorrow.
