Chatted after park run about this one. Way off my 10km pace on the second half. Mixture of things but know I can run faster.

I think when we have sessions like this. it’s just important to keep working hard. We don’t have to nail every session in training, if we did push 100% all the time we’d be ruined pretty quickly. So box ticked, move on, plenty more opportunities ahead.
