parkrun @ 5km Pace (RPE: 8)

10 Mins CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Running with others can reduce perceived effort so parkrun is a good option as an alternative speed session. 10 mins easy WU & CD please.

Last fast parkrun the plan and then we really focus on more miles.

Well I did run a bit different , as I thought you didn’t change the plan , l ran for additional 15 minutes warm up and the 30 minutes at the end warm down , please with my run . Remember a slow 5 k course , good news no niggles before and after but a abit tired legs
